In preparation for the upcoming school year we are making plans for improving the content and quality of our programs while increasing the efficiency in the office. In a review of our operations, we have been studying our methods of handling tuition payments, Extended Care payments, and Hot Lunch program payments. Since the stability of our school and the quality of its programs are of the utmost importance, we are always seeking ways to make improvements to benefit everyone. After much research and investigation, we have contracted with FACTS Management Company to help us manage our tuition payment program and our billing process. FACTS is used by over 4,000 schools nationally. We are excited to be working with them and are confident this program will lead to greater financial stability for the school. Several new steps are being added to our enrollment process. Please be sure to finalize all our your paperwork, payment plans through the SJA School office. * Our new billing system will require you to set up an on-line payment plan...SJA will also have you pay registration in this manner. * All families must bring in their banking information so you may set it up at registration. This is confidential information that you will set up for the efficiency and streamlining of our financial operations. Computers and assistance will be available to help you do this on site. Mrs. Nagel or Mrs. Rothenberger will also be available to assist you if needed. A few additional reminders about the SJA enrollment process for the 2010-11 school year: * Tuition has not changed for the 3rd year in a row!! Registration did rise by $45 to facilitate some administrative costs; this will be $195 per family. After March 19th, returning families will be charged $295 per child. * Tuition assistance is given from two sources applied in three different ways: 1. FACTS Grant and Aid Applications for Archdiocesan scholarships * Applications for the SJA Program assistance only are due by May 28th, 2010.
